Hi, I’m Mrs. Laura Burden George! I earned my bachelor’s degree in early childhood education from Georgia Southwestern State University, and I also have a master’s and specialist degree in the same field from Troy State University. I’ve been teaching at Matt Arthur Elementary since 2002, and I truly love being a part of this wonderful school.

I’m married to Tommy George, and we have two amazing daughters, Kinser and Marlee. When I’m not in the classroom, you can usually find me enjoying time with my family and friends.
