Mrs. Coggins is entering her 12th year of teaching, with 9 of those years spent in 3rd grade classrooms in Houston County. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in K–6 Mathematics. She was honored as her school’s Teacher of the Year for the 2022–2023 school year. Mrs. Coggins is passionate about building strong relationships with her students and helping them grow both academically and socially. She values being part of the MAES community and is dedicated to creating a positive, engaging classroom where all students feel supported and challenged.

She and her husband, Jason, have three boys (ages 9, 7, and 4) and a Goldendoodle named Bailey. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, working out, and listening to true crime podcasts.
