Mrs. Byrd is a product of the Houston County School System, graduating from Houston County High School in 2006. She attended Georgia Southern University where she studied and completed her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She earned her Master's Degree and Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Georgia Southwestern University. She currently holds an endorsement in Gifted Education & Teacher Support and Coaching. This will be her 16th year teaching!
